Panelists:

Melissa Rickard, DNP,FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC – Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Board Certified. Melissa had been practicing since 2008 as a family nurse practitioner at Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers and joined the WMCHC Behavioral Health team in 2022. Melissa will be one of the panelists and discuss the topic of mental health and women.

Christina MacDowell, DNP, CNM – Certified Nurse Midwife at Women’s Health Center, Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers. Christina has been with the WMCHC since 2007, providing both obstetrics and gynecology care for women. As panelist, Christina will discuss the importance of regular healthcare for women.

Christal Edward – Wayne County YMCA program director. Christal is certified by the National Exercise Trainers Association in kettlebells, spin, and youth fitness; and principles of health and fitness through the YMCA. Christal will discuss exercise tips for women through the different stages of life.
