Rita's of Hawley is looking for a General Manager to manage the Treat Team and overall store functions.  

Job Description:

• Ability to act & perform the duties of a Shift Leader & Treat Team Member
• Oversee the store operation
• Ensure product quality, cleanliness, maintenance and brand standards are met
• Bank Deposits & Store Change
• Opening & Closing Checklist / Daily Procedures Checklist verification
• Scheduling & Payroll
• Production Sheet review (waste review, etc.)
• Manage Store Inventory & Ordering
• Catering events, solicitation, planning, etc.
• Create a positive work environment and motivate/inspire the team
• Cover shifts as needed for call-offs
• Maintaining/Cleaning machine equipment
• Deliver product to various locations (carts, satellite locations, etc.)
