Responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing the bank's human resource programs including organizational planning, the administration of the bank’s retirement plan, employment, compensation, performance management, personnel policies, and employee benefits. Ensures affirmative action plan development and EEO compliance; oversees the payroll function and employee relations programs, supervises assigned personnel. 

Education: B.S. degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or high school diploma with equivalent banking experience with specialized human resource training, SHRM certification desired, OSHA 10 certification preferred. 

Experience: Previous experience with FMLA, Workers Compensation, and HR laws, prior experience with handling legal matters pertaining to employment law preferred. Minimum of 5 years human resource experience with demonstrated supervisory experience.

Skills:  Must possess proficient communication and interpersonal relations skills, proficient PC skills, must be accurate and detail oriented, must maintain confidentiality. 

The successful candidate must be able to work a 40-hour work week. A typical schedule will be Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

A valid driver’s license is required.  This position can be a hybrid or onsite position.
