Teller/CSR

Responsible for operating a full-service teller station to receive and process a variety of customer transactions, preparing and maintaining various reports and records, promoting institution services.
 
Responsible for a variety of duties relating to the opening and processing of new accounts of all types, the cross selling of institution services to customers and prospective customers.
 
Education:  High school diploma or equivalent
 
Experience: Prior teller and CSR experience preferred but not necessary.
 
Skills:  Superior ability to interact with customers, precision, detail oriented, reliable, and flexible.  Team player attitude, neat and professional appearance.  Basic understanding of accounting functions.  Ability to recognize opportunities and suggest/cross-sell/open new bank deposit accounts and related banking services for existing and new bank customers.  Excellent telephone etiquette.  Familiarity with using Microsoft Office products.
 
Approximately 37 – 40 hours per week; must be able to work a flexible schedule to include some Friday evenings until 5 p.m. and some Saturdays until noon.
