Responsible for operating a full service teller station to receive and process a variety of customer transactions, preparing and maintaining various reports and records, promoting institution services.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Prior teller, customer servicing experience preferred. Previous cash handling experience and customer contact experience required. Experience working in a professional office environment is also preferred. Familiarity with using Microsoft Office products.
Skills: Proficient computer skills. Superior ability to multi-task and interact with customers. Must be precise, detail oriented, reliable, flexible with neat and professional appearance. Basic understanding of accounting functions. Ability to recognize opportunities and suggest/cross-sell banking products and services. Excellent telephone etiquette. Willingness to learn new tasks, coachable and must be a team player.
The successful candidate must be willing to work a minimum of 35 hours per week; must be able to work some Friday evenings until 6 P.M. and some Saturdays until noon.
Office Hours: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 9:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M.; Wednesday 9:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M.; Friday 9:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M. and Saturday 9:00 A.M. – noon.
